1. Introduction

WisePulse Apps ("us", "we", or "our") operates Ai Cleaner (the mobile application, also referred to as "SpeedClean" in some store listings), hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "Service".

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and your choices. Our Terms and Conditions govern use of the Service and, together with this Privacy Policy, form your agreement with us.

Summary: Ai Cleaner is designed to help you clean and organize content on your device. Photos, videos, and contacts are processed on your device only. We do not upload your photo library or contacts to our servers.


2. Definitions

  • Service — the Ai Cleaner mobile application operated by WisePulse Apps.
  • Personal Data — information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you.
  • Device Data — information stored or processed locally on your phone or tablet through the App.
  • User — any individual who downloads or uses the Service.

3. Information the App Accesses

The App requests access only to features needed to provide cleaning and organization tools. The types of data involved are described below.

3.1 Photos and Videos (Photo Library)

With your permission, the App accesses photos and videos on your device to:

  • Scan for duplicate, similar, and large media files
  • Identify screenshots and selfies
  • Let you review, delete, compress, or swipe to organize items
  • Cache scan results on your device so you do not need to rescan every time

We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers. Media analysis, deletion, and compression happen on your device.

3.2 Contacts

With your permission—and only after you review an in-app disclosure and tap "I Agree"—the App accesses contacts on your device to:

  • Find duplicate contacts (by name, phone number, or email)
  • Let you merge or delete duplicate entries

We do not upload your contacts to our servers and we do not share your contacts with third parties for marketing, analytics, or advertising.

Contact data is read and modified only as directed by you (for example, when you choose to merge or delete contacts).

3.3 Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores small amounts of information locally on your device using standard on-device storage (for example, app preferences), such as:

  • Whether you have agreed to contacts access
  • Cached scan results (such as media identifiers and sizes)
  • Swipe and trash-bin state for photos you are reviewing

This information stays on your device unless you uninstall the App or clear app data.

3.4 Information You Send to Us Voluntarily

If you contact support (for example, by email at wisepulseapps@outlook.com), we receive only the information you choose to include in your message (such as your email address and the content of your inquiry). We use that information only to respond to you.


4. Information We Do Not Collect

To be clear, the App does not:

  • Upload your contacts to our servers
  • Upload your photos or videos to our servers
  • Require you to create an account
  • Use advertising or ad-tracking SDKs
  • Sell your personal data
  • Collect precise location data
  • Access your contacts or photo library without system permission and, for contacts, without your in-app consent first

We do not use web cookies inside the mobile App. Opening our Privacy Policy or Terms in your browser is subject to that website’s own practices.


5. How We Use Information

We use information accessed through the App solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (scanning, cleaning, compressing, and organizing content on your device)
  • Remember your preferences and scan cache on your device
  • Improve reliability and performance of on-device features
  • Respond to support requests you send us
  • Comply with applicable law

We do not use your contacts or media for advertising or unrelated profiling.


6. Legal Basis and Your Consent

Where required by law, we rely on your consent and permission to access device data. You may:

  • Decline or revoke photo or contacts permission in your device Settings
  • Decline contacts access in the App before granting system permission
  • Stop using the App at any time

If you revoke permission, related features will stop working, but other features that do not require that permission may still be available.


7. Data Retention

  • On your device: Scan caches and app preferences remain until you clear app data, uninstall the App, or use in-app options that reset cached results (such as “Scan Again”).
  • Support emails: We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business or legal purposes.

We do not retain copies of your contacts or photo library on our servers because we do not collect them there.


8. Transfer of Data

Your contacts and media are not transferred to WisePulse Apps servers for storage or processing.

The only routine transfers are:

  • Device-local processing, which stays on your phone or tablet
  • Voluntary communications you send us (such as support email)
  • Links you open (such as our Privacy Policy or Terms pages in your browser), which are governed by the relevant site

If you email us, your message may be processed using your email provider’s systems according to their policies.


9. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may disclose information only in limited circumstances:

  • With your direction — for example, when you use the system share feature to share a file with another app you choose
  • For legal reasons — if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information we actually hold (such as support correspondence) may be transferred subject to this policy
  • Safety — if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security

Because contacts and media are not stored on our servers, we cannot disclose that content to third parties from our systems—it remains under your control on your device unless you share it yourself.


10. Security

We design the App so sensitive content stays on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect information we receive (such as support emails), you are responsible for securing your device (passcode, biometrics, backups, etc.).


11. Third-Party Services

The App may use standard device and platform capabilities (for example, iOS or Android photo and contacts APIs). Those systems are provided by Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer under their own terms and privacy policies.

The App may also:

  • Open external links (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use) in your browser
  • Open your email app when you contact support
  • Use the system share sheet when you choose to share content

We do not control third-party websites or apps you choose to open or share to. Please review their privacy policies separately.

We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or contact-upload services in the App as of the date of this policy.


12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


13. International Users

WisePulse Apps may operate from various locations. If you contact us from outside your home country, your support message may be processed where we or our email provider operate. This does not involve uploading your on-device contacts or media to our servers.


14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this page and change the "Last updated" date above.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the App where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.

16. App Store Review Note (Summary)

For transparency: Ai Cleaner processes contacts and media locally on the user’s device to find duplicates and free storage. Contact and media data are not uploaded to WisePulse Apps servers. Users must grant system permission and, for contacts, confirm in-app consent before access.
